Toaster Waffles

If Toaster Waffle was on one of those word association game cards you would likely see: hot, pop up, frozen, syrup, right?  Well, on my card there would be the words "Pregnancy food"  Yup!  Because when suffering with pregnancy sickness (mind you not morning sickness, but all day) I rely on toaster waffles.  You may be thinking what a strange topic to blog about but not really because we are expecting...
BABY #3

Wow can it be!  Never expected to be writing this so soon, but it is not about my plan.  So I have not been neglecting my new year's resolution of blogging each day, instead I have been spending most of my time until this Tuesday in bed horribly sick.  Just ask Charlie and my mom who have shared the responsibility of the day to day tasks of raising 2 kids.  Oh and a few friends/family have kindly brought food or watched the kids.  Thanks guys!!  My HCG hormone level is very high which explains feeling sick so early and even throwing up this time. Yuk!  I thought maybe it was twins causing such high levels, but an ultra sound shows only one strong heartbeat.  We were very relieved to hear that glorious sound especially after having an MRI and x-rays done on my leg in early pregnancy.  I have now finally found an anti-nausea medication that is helping me function! Yea!  So surgery on the knee will wait till 3-4 weeks after Baby November arrives around Nov. 13th.

So as for the rest of the family they keep changing at lightning fast rates!

Eli - gives slobbery kisses, runs/walks everywhere, likes reading books, is now understanding the power of fighting back when sister takes his toy and is still a great promoter of the dairy industry (Man can he drink down the milk!!)

Lydia - loves Spring, drinking chocolate milk, playing with her dolly who is called Baby Henry right now, loves listening to books and even tries to read them back to you and she has also taken in interest in letters.

Charlie - is busy on the farm as we head into planting season, but he is no doubt happy to be shedding a few layers of clothing and enjoying the warmer weather.  He has also enjoyed taking Lydia to gymnastics the past month and a half since my injury.  Great daddy/daughter time!!

Well, that is about it since I need to eat something soon.  Guess I will go make a toaster waffle!! :)
